Five of the Best Places to Visit Philly for the Weekend

1. The Liberty Point is Philadelphia’s biggest outdoor restaurant right on the waterfront at Penn’s Landing, with 1,400 seats to drink and dine with a view. Whether you want to spend time with family, friends, or even your dog, this is a place to go for lunch, dinner, or just a night out. With three levels, five bars, a sight of the river from every section, seven event spaces, live music, and DJs, there are plenty of reasons to stop by this popular new spot. 2. Wonderspaces Philadelphia is a perfect activity to try if you are up for exploring with family and friends. It’s located inside Fashion District Philadelphia in Center City and provides an expanding arrangement of 16 exceptional art fixtures and signature cocktails to try out. The bar has a variety of craft cocktails, wine, beer, varied nonalcoholic beverages, and an array of bar snacks. It’s open year-round with frequent artwork changes.

3. Philly by Segway, based in Old City, is a unique way to tour the City of Brotherly Love - all while riding a Segway! Rittenhouse Square Park is Philadelphia’s most famous town square and is located at 18th and Walnut St. Whether you want to have a picnic, sunbathe, take a stroll, read, walk your dog, experience architecture and gardens, and more, this is a go-to spot to relax. Rittenhouse Square also occasionally hosts events, such as festivals, tree lightings during the holidays, Art shows, and more.
